Founded in 2023, Book Haven is a short-term rental and corporate housing company. We partner with residential landlords with our Master Lease Partnership Agreement. Our clientele consists of working professionals, travel nurses, and small vacationing families. Guaranteed income for the owner of the property, no worry about tenants falling behind on rent with no ability to evict. We manage all of our short-term rentals with the same love, attention, and customer service. Our professional cleaning team ensures meticulous upkeep on a weekly basis for your property. Landlords often encounter dismay upon a long-term tenant's departure, discovering the condition of their premises. However, our dedicated cleaning staff diligently maintains the property's pristine state, offering a seamless transition for your peace of mind.
Trust and Safety
Trust is our utmost priority in relationships with landlords and owners. Our entire business is made possible by YOU trusting us with your property. We utilize AirCover through Airbnb to ensure that hosts are provided with damage protection, which reimburses costs up to $3M USD. AirCover also offers us $1M USD in liability insurance in the rare case that a guest is injured, or their belongings are damaged or stolen. On top of AirCover, we also use our own short-term rental insurance to confirm there are no coverage gaps in our policy. We ensure every guest is screened before-hand and we take all pre-emptive measures regarding safety and security. Ring Video cameras are installed at the entrance of each unit monitoring 24/7 and smart locks are installed on each door with a passcode. Your property becomes our full responsibility and it's in our best interest to maintain its upkeep.
